Step 2: Prepare Device For Shipment
Once you’ve booked your sale and locked in your offer you’ll receive a confirmation email. The next step is to back up your device, remove all accounts, factory restore the device, package it up securely and ship it to us. Your quote is valid for 30 days so be sure to send it to us within this time frame.

Step 3: Drop off or mail in
Once your device is packaged and ready to go you can either drop in the device at our Cork store or ship it for free via An Post. They offer at home collections or you can use the easy access drop off service.

What happens next?
Once we’ve received your device we’ll process the sale and you’ll get paid via bank transfer or PayPal. If the device doesn’t match the condition it is booked in as we will send you a revised offer. Once the revised offer is accepted we’ll process the payment.
