Device Condition 

All our phones are sold in an as new working condition. We perform over 30 tests on each phone to ensure the device is relaible and fully functional.

Like New: The perfect gift! The device will have no signs of wear and will look as if it's new.

Good: Overall very good condition with only light signs of wear such as small scratches. 

Fair: Expect signs of heavy wear such as deep scratches, dents and marks. 

Battery

Most devices are sold with a minimum battery health of 80%. Select models have the option to upgrade to a new battery with 100% battery capacity.

Processing & Delivery Times

We offer free express shipping in Ireland with An Post/DPD and delivery within the EU with DHL. Our free standard delivery option is automatically applied to your order when you spend more than €50. 

Please allow an estimate of 1-2 working days for your order to be processed. Once an item is despatched it should be delivered to you the next working day.

The last date for orders with guaranteed Christmas delivery is Monday 19 December 2022. To avoid disappointment we would advise ordering as early as possible as offers are valid while stock lasts.

Longest Warranty In Ireland

For peace of mind we include a free warranty on all items sold.

Each pre-owned refurbished iPhone, Samsung and Google Pixel has a 24 month in house warranty. iPads, AirPods and Apple Watches have a 12 month in house warranty. All batteries are covered separately for 6 months. Should your device go faulty within the warranty period the device will be repaired or replaced with another unit of the same model upon inspection.

EXTENDED WARRANTY - FESTIVE SEASON

From 25 November 2022 we will offer an extra month on your 12 or 24 month warranty. This means that your standard warranty comes into effect on Christmas Day in case you want to return the item. Please note the standard warranty and return terms and conditions as below still apply.

Hassle-Free Returns

If a customer is not satisfied with an item purchased on our site, we are happy to offer a refund of the product returned within a 28 day cooling off period.

If you should find that your device is faulty on arrival or should any issues arise within the warranty period the device will be repaired or replaced with another unit of the same model.
